What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or tracking advertising. The contact tool works entirely in your browser; we receive nothing unless you choose to email us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you write.

Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Why and on what basis

We use emails to reply to you and to consider product suggestions or corrections, on the basis of our legitimate interests. Server logs are processed for security, also a legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless needed for a published correction record.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host the site and our email, under contracts that protect it, or where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
